SHIPPING POLICY

All items are shipped via USPS first class and packaged with care. For inquiries about a late or missing package, please contact your local post office, check your shipping tracking number (if applicable).

While I do my best to make sure your order arrives safely and quickly, it's out of my hands once your order has been shipped. Please feel free to reach out to me via Instagram or email for questions regarding shipping.

If an order is returned via fault of the customer such as an incorrect shipping address, the cost to reship will need to be covered, otherwise a refund minus original shipping cost will be issued. 

RETURN POLICY

Returns with refund are only accepted on the grounds that an item ARRIVES broken, damaged or the quality is in question. 

Returns/refunds not accepted in situations where customer's negligence to properly review listing results in dissatisfaction with product. Examples may include ordering the incorrect size, color, or dissatisfaction with material/s clearly shown and/or listed or in the case an item is damaged due to customer misuse. 

Items damaged in care of USPS can be returned for a refund or replacement in some cases.

No returns/refunds/exchanges accepted 48hrs after order tracking number is listed as delivered to prevent "use and return" purchases. If you need to return, refund, or exchange an item/s after opening your package, reach out right away (with photos if needed)! 

These handmade accessories are to be handled with care and made with daily or light use in mind. If an item is damaged  AFTER arriving due to misuse, low care, or used in a way it is not intended for, a refund, return, or exchange will not be permitted. Always follow care instructions when provided and feel free to reach out directly for instructions on cleaning, storage, and wear.
